The Electrical Maintenance Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems and automated equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient production operations. This role supports daily manufacturing activities by performing preventive and corrective electrical maintenance, minimizing downtime, and improving equipment performance.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Troubleshoot and repair issues on machine tools and automated equipment 
  • Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on production machinery 
  • Execute preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime 
  • Partner with the technical team to ensure safe, reliable operations 
  • Support continuous improvement and equipment optimization initiatives 

 

What you’ll have:

  • Technical training or apprenticeship in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Mechanical fields 
  • Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment (machine tools preferred) 
  • Strong technical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills 
  • Familiarity with CNC controls (Fanuc preferred) 
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office) 
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills 
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous learning 
  • Willingness to work shifts and overtime as needed

  • Location: Waukesha, WI
  • Work Schedule: Onsite Monday through Friday
